DESIGN INTENT
A hand-built transformation into a street-legal, dirt-track-capable machine, combining modern minimalist styling with custom-fabricated aluminum bodywork, 19” wheels, and meticulously designed details for a unique balance of raw performance and refined design.

SPECS

  • Suspension: WP 4CS forks and PDS shock rebuilt 2” lower with higher-rate springs and street valving.

  • Triple Clamps: KTM 701 Supermoto (20mm wider).

  • Wheels: Roland Sands Del Mar, 19x3.00 anodized satin black.

  • Tires: Maxxis DTR-1, 130/19 front & 140/19 rear.

  • Custom Hubs: CNC-machined 7075 aluminum, designed to mate KTM running gear; front hub designed for Ducati Brembo 320mm floating rotor.

  • Exhaust: Modified Scalvini expansion chamber routed under tail, high-temp nickel plating; custom stainless muffler with ceramic fiber baffling.

  • Bodywork: Hand-formed aluminum (panels, subframe, seat pan), satin clearcoat finish showing raw metal.

  • Lighting:

    • Headlight: CAD-designed, 3D-printed carbon fiber nylon composite housing. Hella Black Magic 500 Halogen lamp.

    • Tail light: Machined polycarbonate, frosted, LED backlit

    • Motogadget LED bar end turn signals

  • Seat: Custom foam carved on bike; upholstered in black leather by Newchurch Moto.

  • Interface: Motogadget Motoscope Mini display

  • Controls: Motogadget throttle / grips. ASV levers. RideEng billet Start/Kill Switch

  • Other Fabrication: Aluminum subframe via tube bending, waterjet gussets, hand-formed panels.

  • Performance Tuning: Dyno and jetting by LED Performance
